Manage statement preferences

Decide how you want to receive your account statements.

Here's how to set your statement preferences:

  1. Sign in to Servus online banking and use the main menu to navigate to the More tab.

  2. From the More drop-down, select Profile and settings.

  3. From the Profile and settings page, under Profile settings, select Set my statement delivery preference.

  4. Enter the email address to receive notifications when your statements are ready.

  5. For each account, select either Online only or Online & paper.

    - Online only allows you to view your statements through online or mobile banking.

    - Online & paper allows you to view your statements through online or mobile banking, and

you will receive a paper statement by mail. There may be fees associated with a paper

    statement.

  6. Once you have selected a statement option for all your accounts, select Continue.

Success! You've set your statement preferences.
