• What is the digital banking agreement?

• Why am I seeing both my personal and business memberships? Can I change it?

  The new mobile and online banking provides easy access to all your banking information by signing in once.

  Your memberships/accounts are still separate—the only change is that you now toggle to a different membership rather than having to sign in separately for each.

  People who have access to one of your accounts (e.g., accountant or other employee authorized to access your business account) should have their own credentials and will only see the information they have permissions for. They cannot see all of your banking information.

  Don’t share your credentials with anyone (you should never do this). If someone else needs access to one of your accounts, visit your branch to arrange this.

  For additional security, you have the option of using two-step authentication to protect your accounts.
