- Visit Servus.ca
- Select Sign in.
- Enter your current User ID and Password. Then select Continue.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Enter an email address to receive your verification code. Then select Continue.
- Locate the 6-digit verification code that has been sent to your email address and enter it in the verification code box. (Do not close your online banking session while you check.) Then select Continue.
- Enter a new user ID.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the password.
- Choose a security question and answer that you will use if you ever need to recover your password. Then select Continue.
- Sign in with your new credentials.
