Here's how to unlock your account:
Tip: Have your email account open in another window or on another device so you can easily retrieve the verification code we will send you.
- Click Can't sign in? at the bottom of the screen.
- Select I'm locked out of online banking.
- Enter your User ID.
- Enter your birthdate and select Continue.
- Locate the 6-digit verification code that has been sent to your email address and enter it in the Security code box. (Do not close your online banking session while you check.) Then select Continue.
- Enter the answer to your security question. This is the question and answer you selected when you updated your user ID and password. Then select Continue.
- Your account has been unlocked. You can sign in using your existing user ID and password.
