Signing in for the first time

Signing in to your online banking is easier than ever. You only need one user ID and password to access all your personal and business memberships.

Are you new to online banking and trying to sign in for the first time? Please give us a call at 1.877.378.8728 and we'll set you up with a user ID and password.



BEFORE you sign in to the new mobile app or online banking for the first time:

  • Make sure you know your user ID and password.

1.      Sign in

2.      Set up your security question.

3.      Wait for a moment as your online banking is set up. Do not close your browser.

4.      Read and accept the Digital Banking Agreement.

5.      If you have more than one member profile, select the profile you want to open and click Continue.

6.      Set up multifactor authentication

  • If the phone number in your profile is correct, select Confirm. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your phone and select Continue.
  • If the phone number is not correct, select Update. Choose how you want to receive your verification code. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your phone and select Continue.
  • If there is no phone number in your profile, enter your phone number and select Confirm. Enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your phone and select Continue.

7.      Continue with your online banking session.

Download the mobile app or go online to servus.ca and select Sign in.
