Adding users (Commercial)
Add new users to your commercial banking contract, set up their contact details, and assign them to a permission group to enable access.

Only administrators can add users. Adding or removing administrators can only be done by Servus — contact CashManagementAdvisors@servus.ca for assistance.

- Select Business from the top menu bar, then choose Administration from the dropdown.
- Select the arrow to open the contract details, then select the pencil icon on the Users feature.
- Where prompted “Would you like to add another user?”, select Add user.
- Complete all required Personal and Contact Information fields. Confirm a phone number is captured — a mobile number is recommended as it is required for mandatory MFA enrollment.
- Double-check all entries, especially the email address, before saving. The email is used to send the welcome link and access codes.
- Select Save to add the user to the contract users list, then Save and return to the contract details.
- The user will be sent a welcome email with an access link to verify their identity and set up their credentials.
- Users will not be able to access online banking until they are added to a Permission Group. Edit the Permission Group Rules and add the user to an existing group, or create a new one.
Viewing users
To view current users on the contract, select the arrow on the Users feature. The listing shows user status (Active once first-time login is complete), name, username, and credentials status. A Resend option appears if the welcome link has been sent but the user has not yet completed first-time login.
