Update profile settings (Edit email & SMS) - Commercial

Update your email address and mobile number used for SMS alerts, security notifications, pending approvals, and multi-factor authentication.

Here’s how to update your profile settings:

  1. Select More > Profile and settings from the top menu.
  2. Under Profile settings, select Edit email & SMS.
  3. Enter your new email address or mobile number.
  4. Review the updated details and select Continue.
  5. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email, then select Continue. Your contact information has been updated.

Tip: Have your email open in another window so you can quickly retrieve the verification code. A security code is required to complete this change (MFA).
