Notification settings - Commercial

Stay aware of account activity, pending approvals, and security events with account, business, and security notifications.

Here’s how to set up notifications:

  1. Select More > Profile and settings from the top menu, then select Notification Settings.
  2. Under Account notifications, select an account to set up alerts for balance changes (fallen below or risen above a set amount) or transactions at or above a set dollar amount. Use the toggles to choose SMS, email, or both.
  3. Under Business notifications, confirm your email and SMS are correct. Use the toggles to set notification preferences for Pending transactions (pending, approved, and rejected) and Expiring transactions.
  4. Select Save to update your notification settings.

Info box — Security notifications:

You will automatically receive email notifications for security-related events including: password change, turning on or resetting MFA, and account lockouts. These cannot be disabled.
