Statement preferences - Commercial
Switch between electronic and paper statements. Preferences are managed per membership.
Here’s how to update your statement preferences:
- Select More > Profile and settings from the top menu.
- Select Set my statement delivery preference.
- Select the Membership you want to update.
- Choose Electronic (online only) or Paper and save. Choosing electronic means statements will not be mailed.
Note: To receive notifications when online statements are ready, administrators must provide an email address. If a change to the business email is required, contact CashManagementAdvisors@servus.ca.
