Statement preferences - Commercial

Switch between electronic and paper statements. Preferences are managed per membership.

Here’s how to update your statement preferences:

  1. Select More > Profile and settings from the top menu.
  2. Select Set my statement delivery preference.
  3. Select the Membership you want to update.
  4. Choose Electronic (online only) or Paper and save. Choosing electronic means statements will not be mailed.

Note: To receive notifications when online statements are ready, administrators must provide an email address. If a change to the business email is required, contact CashManagementAdvisors@servus.ca.
