Forgotten User ID - Commercial
Recover your user ID with help from your administrator or by contacting Servus.
Here’s how to recover your user ID:
- On the sign-in page, select Can’t sign in.
- Select I forgot my user ID.
- For users: Contact your Online Banking Administrator to request your user ID.
- For administrators: If your organization has another administrator, they may provide your user ID. If not, contact CashManagementAdvisors@servus.ca to request assistance.
