Here's the latest news about the new mobile and online banking experience

Mobile and online banking is available 

Update: March 25, 2024 

Major technology projects like transitioning hundreds of thousands of members onto Servus's new online and mobile banking system has been a big job, and we've hit some bumps along the way.  Please know that we're working around the clock to fix these issues. 

Rest assured that your accounts and assets remain safe and secure, and you can continue to access them through branches, ATMs or telephone banking until your online and mobile banking set-up is complete. You can also shop and make payments with your debit and credit cards as usual.  

The transition has been seamless for the majority of our members, and we won't rest until the set-up is complete for every member. 

This site contains information to help you with many of the known challenges some members have experienced. If your issue with the new online or mobile banking system isn't resolved with these resources, please call our Member Contact Centre (1.877.378.8728) or, to avoid wait times due to higher than normal call volumes, please request a callback. Your place in the queue will not be lost. We're pleased to tell you that wait times are getting shorter.   

To optimize your experience: 

  • Ensure you have updated to the most recent version of your web browser or mobile device operating system.  
  • Update your mobile app to ensure you have the latest release.
  • Review the resources in our Support Centre.
  • Once logged in, review introductory tutorials, videos and other resources located in the app or online platform.
