Stop cheques - Commercial
Add, view, and cancel stop cheques for your accounts online.
Here’s how to manage stop cheques:
- Select Accounts > Stop cheques from the top menu.
- Select a membership from the dropdown. Filter results by entering a cheque number or range in the First and Last fields.
- Select the arrow icon to view stop cheque details. Select the delete icon to cancel a stop cheque, then confirm.
To add a stop cheque:
- Select Create Stop Cheque.
- Select the membership and account, then the transaction type (single cheque or range of cheques).
- Select the reason from the dropdown and enter the cheque date, payee name, cheque number, amount, and optional description.
- If unsure of the exact amount, enter your best estimate in the Amount field and use the Tolerance field (±) to set an acceptable range.
Select Continue to review, then Continue to add the stop cheque.
