Here’s how to review and action pending transactions:

Select Business from the top menu. Pending transactions shows transactions you created within the last 10 days that are awaiting approval. After 10 days they expire and move to the Not completed tab.
Select Awaiting my approval to view transactions created by others that require your authorization (only visible if you have approval permissions).
Transactions are grouped into three tabs: Approve (pending 6 days or less), Outstanding (pending 7–9 days, listed by expiration date), and Not completed (cancelled, expired, or incomplete).
To approve or decline quickly, select the checkmark to approve or the X to cancel directly from the listing.
To view full details, select the arrow next to the transaction, then choose Cancel transaction to decline or Approve transaction to process it.

Transaction expiry:

Transactions expire after 10 days if not approved. If a transaction is approved but fails (e.g., insufficient funds), it is identified as incomplete in the Not completed tab.
