• What's happening with mobile and online banking?

  We've launched a new mobile app and online banking experience for our members. The mobile app has many features you've been asking for, and we're excited about launching them. The online banking experience has been updated and you can look forward to new features being introduced in the future. 

• Can I use my current user ID and password?

  If your current user ID and password meet the new security requirements, you can continue to use them. 

• What is the digital banking agreement?

  Digital banking refers to online and mobile banking. Read more about the Digital Banking Agreement, cookies and your privacy and security.

• Will I need to download a new mobile app?

  If you're new to mobile banking you will need to download the Servus Mobile Banking app from your favourite app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App store).  

  If you already enjoy mobile banking, you'll need to update your Servus mobile app in the Google Play or Apple App store.

• There are things I used to be able to do in online banking that I can't do now. Will those features be returning?

  Yes. The new online and mobile banking systems will allow us to add new features more efficiently in the future. And right now we are working to quickly update features that members already enjoy such as making multiple bill payments at once, GIC renewals and stop payments. Until then, you can still complete these transactions by contacting our Member Contact Centre (1.877.378.8728) or visiting your branch. 

• Why am I seeing both my personal and business memberships? Can I change it?

  The new mobile and online banking provides easy access to all your banking information by signing in once.

  Your memberships/accounts are still separate—the only change is that you now toggle to a different membership rather than having to sign in separately for each.

  People who have access to one of your accounts (e.g., accountant or other employee authorized to access your business account) should have their own credentials and will only see the information they have permissions for. They cannot see all of your banking information.

  Don’t share your credentials with anyone (you should never do this). If someone else needs access to one of your accounts, visit your branch to arrange this.

  For additional security, you have the option of using two-step authentication to protect your accounts.
