Customize account groups - Commercial

Rearrange, show or hide, and share account groups across your memberships.


Before you begin:

  • You must have permission to Customize Account Groups.

Here's how to customize your account groups:

  1. Select Accounts > Customize Account Groups from the main menu.
  2. Use the vertical arrows to drag a group to a different position in the list.
  3. Select the eye icon to toggle a group as visible or hidden. Hidden groups won't appear in drop-down menus, but their accounts remain accessible through other groups.
  4. Use the share slider to control whether the group is shared with other users on the contract. This option is not available for system-created groups.
